Silk Trends Appointment Bookings and Cancellation Policy

To ensure our salon appointments run smoothly, we have introduced a deposit payment booking policy for securing appointments, and also introduced a cancellation policy.

Deposit Payment Booking and Cancellations Policy

We ask all clients to secure their hair service appointments booking with a deposit payment (£20 for normal hair services, £30 for Brazilian Keratin Treatment or Weave appointments).  This deposit will be taken off your final hair service bill at the end of your appointment.

If for any reason you have to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your planned appointment and we will happily change your appointment (if new times are available) or cancel your appointment all together and refund your deposit payment to you.

Due to a number of clients consistently not showing up for their appointments without giving prior notice, this has resulted in other hair service appointments running behind as we wait for the person to arrive (assumed running late), and other clients being turned away unnecessarily when they could have offered an appointment.

We hope that you can understand that by giving us as much notice as possible, we can offer your unwanted appointment to another client on our waiting list, and it also helps everything run smoothly, professionally and on time at the salon. All we ask is that you give us a call on 0208 529 8000 at least 48 hours before to let us know you no longer require your appointment.

Unfortunately, any appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments (i.e. you simply do not show up for your appointment) will incur a fee (i.e. your deposit payment will be retained to cover the loss appointment).
